August 3rd, the Head Office of AIG Life Bulgaria announced the renaming of the company to ALICO Bulgaria Life Insurance Company EAD.

The company operates on the Bulgarian market since 1999 offering traditional life insurance products, credit life products, accident and health products to individual and corporate clients.
Besides the change of name and the innovative image which the Company will be introducing shortly, there will be no other changes affecting in any way the licensed products which the company offers. At the same time, all existing clients will retain their policies and benefits as they have been issued so far, intact.

Following the above developments the name of the Joint Venture company established in 2006 with UBB and Ethniki Insurance and Reinsurance Company, will change its name to UBB – ALICO Life Insurance Company AD.

Both companies are officially registered with their new names in the Trade Register of Sofia Court.

Earlier, On July 1st, ALICO announced a rebranding initiative which will show a bold new brand visual identity of the company progressively rolled out in the 54 countries where the company operates.
